How to apply for admissions into Colleges of Education in Ghana-2026/2027 academic year

1. Purchase Application Voucher: Buy the 2026/2027 application form and PIN from any CBG bank branch or through mobile money (*924*8#)
2. Access the Portal: Visit the official CoE Admissions Portal.
3. Login: Use the PIN and Serial Number provided on the voucher to log in.
4. Fill in the Form: Complete the online application form with personal details and educational background and scan/upload a passport-sized photograph (JPEG/JPG format, maximum 40KB).
5. Select Choices: Select up to three (3) Colleges of Education in order of preference, along with your preferred B.Ed. programme.
6. Submit and Print: Review all information, submit the form, and print a copy.
7. Submit via Post: Send the printed, completed application form, along with copies of your result slips, via EMS to the Principal of your first-choice college

• Deadline: The deadline for submitting online applications is Monday, August 31, 2026.
• General Requirements: Applicants must have credit passes (A1–C6) in six subjects, including English Language and Core Mathematics (WASSCE), or a D or better in SSSCE.
• Result Slip: Ensure your results are valid and ready for entry.      

IMPORTANT TIPS

• Keep Your Voucher: Safe-keep your PIN/serial number, as they are required to check your admission status later.
• Use Proper Images: Ensure your photograph meets the 40 KB maximum size restriction.
• SMS Confirmation: You will receive SMS alerts regarding your application status.
