How to apply for Kumasi Technical University admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year
Apply for Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) 2026/2027 admissions by purchasing an e-voucher via mobile money and then logging into the online application portal to complete the process. The process is straightforward, fully online, and requires no hardcopy submissions for undergraduate applicants.
Step-by-Step Application Guide.
1. Purchase an application e-voucher. You can buy the application PIN and Serial Number instantly using your mobile phone. Via USSD Short Code: Dial 𝟕𝟕𝟐∗𝟒𝟖# on any network.
Select “Purchase Form” and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Cost:Undergraduate / HND / Diploma: GH₵ 200 Postgraduate: GH₵ 220:
You will receive your Serial Number and PIN via SMS.
2. Fill Out the Application Online by visiting the KsTU Online Admission System.
Log in using the Serial Number and PIN you received.
Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out your personal and academic details.
3. Upload Necessary Documents Have digital copies of your credentials ready. Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a red background with photocopies of your relevant certificates/result slips.
Note for MTech/Postgraduate applicants: You must also upload your transcripts, two recommendation letters, and a motivation letter.
Final Submission: Undergraduate applicants are not required to submit hard copies. Once you submit online, keep your voucher securely, as you will need the serial number and PIN to access your admission letter later.
