To apply for Koforidua Technical University (KTU) admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year, purchase an admission e-voucher from supported banks or via mobile money (*776*123#). Next, visit the KTU Application Portal to fill out your details, upload your certificates, and submit your application.
Follow these steps to complete the process:
1. Purchase an Admission E-Voucher
- Via USSD: Dial
*776*123#on all networks and enter KTU as the institution code. - Via Banks: Purchase the e-voucher at any branch of GCB, ADB, Universal Merchant Bank (UMB), Fidelity Bank, Republic Bank, or Zenith Bank.
- Fees: Undergraduate forms typically cost GH¢200.00, while postgraduate forms are GH¢220.00 (foreign applicants: $50.00)
2. Complete the Online Application
- Open your web browser and go to the KTU Application Portal.
- Log in using the serial number and PIN from your e-voucher.
- Fill out the online form with your personal details and select your preferred programmes.
- Scan and upload your passport-size photograph (must be on a white background) and relevant result slips/certificates. Awaiting results are accepted.
- Review your application and submit it. Print a copy of your application summary for your personal records.
3. International Applicants
- If you are a foreign applicant, contact the International Admissions desk via email at foreign.applicants@ktu.edu.gh or WhatsApp at 024 444 7072.
- Foreign certificates must be verified by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) at your own expense.
