To apply for admission into Ho Technical University (HTU), you must buy an official admissions e-voucher, complete an electronic application form, and submit hard copies of your certified supporting materials.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Step 1: Purchase an Admission E-Voucher
You need to buy an e-voucher containing an application Serial Number and PIN.
Physical Bank/Post Branches: Buy directly from nationwide branches of GCB Bank, Zenith Bank, or Ghana Post.
Mobile Money (USSD): Dial *422*135# on any network or use the shortcut code *966*3*1091# to pay via your wallet.
Online Portal: Purchase via mobile money directly on the HTU Admission Portal.
E-Voucher Rates
Postgraduate: GHS 240.00
Undergraduate (Degree, HND, & Mature): GHS 180.00
Non-Tertiary Programmes: GHS 150.00
Step 2: Fill out the Online Form
Launch the internet browser on your device and visit the official HTU Portal.
Key in your purchased Serial Number and PIN to log into the online system.
Follow the on-screen prompts to fill in your bio-data, programmes of choice, and your structural academic records.
Upload a clean, passport-sized photograph with a clear background.
Click submit when completed to automatically generate a unique Form Number via SMS.
Step 3: Complete and Mail the Envelope Pack
You must physically mail or deliver your completed packet to the university registry. Print the online declaration form and enclose it in a durable envelope alongside photocopies of the following required materials:
All standard applicants: Printed online form, certificate or result slips, and an extra passport picture.
Top-Up Degree applicants: Add official university/polytechnic transcripts and certificate copies.
Mature applicants: Add clear proof of age (such as a legal birth certificate).
